Resources to help Portland during the COVID-19 Pandemic

So many of you have asked, "How can I help Portland during the coronavirus pandemic?" It's times like this that Portlanders always comes together.

Below I'm sharing with you some ways you can help, and some organizations that continue to offer support for the people of our community.

COVID-19 Emergency Relief Resources for PDX (and beyond):

Organizations that need donations and volunteers:

PDX COVID-19 Mutual Aid Network

This group helps individuals or families who are struggling day-to-day as a result of the virus. They are offering food, supplies, emergency childcare, and homeschooling materials to people and families in need.

Meals on Wheels

Provides meals to vulnerable seniors in the tri-county area. Meals on Wheels is currently raising $250 to help our senior community during the COVID-19 crisis.
 

Oregon Food Bank

Oregon Food Bank is the hub of a system of more than 1,400 food assistance sites across Oregon and SW Washington. Its partners are working overtime to adjust their own volunteer shifts and distribution efforts to meet increasing needs.
 

Potluck in the Park

Potluck has been serving a free hot meal to anyone in need since 1991. Rain or shine, they feed Portland homeless, every Sunday, During the COVID-19 pandemic, Potluck in the Park opted to continue meal service in a prepackaged format.
 

American Red Cross

The American Red Cross serves the residents of Oregon and Southwest Washington through four chapters and hundreds of local, community-based volunteers.
